Night Baker

**4 NIGHTS ON - 3 NIGHTS OFF - £28,000 basic pay + £2,500 service charge
- £30,500 per year**

We are passionate about quality bread and the joys of a wood
- fired oven. We bake the long fermented traditional way, using stone-ground organic flour, water, and salt, using a small amount of yeast in some breads and in others lots of fruits & seeds.
- Applicants must be reliable, methodical, organised and keen to work as part of a team. The role involves all aspects of bread production - mixing, scaling, shaping by hand and baking.
