**What we need in a nutshell**

We’re looking for a Park Services Assistant for our Grounds team to help keep our park looking fabulous, covering everything from grounds maintenance to litter patrols.

We are so excited to announce the £10m re-development of Mill Rythe, our Hayling Island gem on the south coast. Set alongside a peaceful estuary, Guests can switch off in an attractive environment of luxury accommodation, beautiful facilities and friendly staff.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be a part of our grounds maintenance team keeping the park in tip top condition and ensuring that it is presented beautifully for guests. This includes:

- Being a part of the team that help present the park at its best
- Maintaining high standards of all garden areas and flower beds to create a great first impression
- Completing mowing and strimming throughout the park in a 7-day cycle
- Ensuring front of house areas are well-kept
- Ensuring your areas of the park are pristine and litter free
- Ensuring Health and Safety policies are being adhered to whilst you are using equipment

One more thing we’re always busy at holiday times,so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

**Skills,** **experience** **and qualities you’ll need**

We are looking for someone who loves the outdoors and can tick the following boxes:

- Experience in a similar role
- Customer focused, with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Good attention to detail

It would be the icing on the cake if you have a relevant NVQ or a trade qualification and if you have experience working on a holiday park.
