Head of Funding Compliance

As Head of Learner Management systems, you will be responsible for the management of Lifetime’s compliance processing and funding claims functions, ensuring that all working practices are in line with both regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Managing two core compliance divisions you will be responsible for ensuring that learners attracting apprenticeship funding have accurate documentation to support individual funding rates and have corresponding learner data submitted to relative funding bodies and regulators, driving accurate and compliant funding claims across work based learning programmes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Managing team performance, objectives and KPIs
- Driving operational practice and compliance based activities across the business
- Ensuring operational activities are recorded and evidenced within learner management systems
- Implementing and upholding internal funding and certification policies
- Implementing working practices that support funding requirements

**What will you bring to the role?**
- High attention to detail.
- Experience of managing teams across a variety of work-flows and processes
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office and other software packages.
- Accuracy and ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to lead a team to achieve team/department objectives.
- Confident and professional manner and drive improvement
