RAM Mount UK Ltd are the exclusive distributor for RAM Mounts in the UK and Ireland. Due to on-going development and growth, we are looking for a bright Copywriter / Moderator with a professional mindset. Ideal for a first role.

THE ROLE:
The Roles:
1. Copywriting:

- Composing persuasive and engaging copy for various promotional materials, including landing pages, newsletters, Blogs, and other digital content to support the company's SEO plans.
- Crafting blog posts that not only discuss industry trends but also effectively promote specific products or services.
- Ensuring that all written content adheres to the company's tone of voice guidelines and maintains consistency with the brand identity.

2. Content Planning and Strategy:

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business goals and SEO objectives.
- Researching industry trends, keywords, and customer insights to inform content planning and optimise SEO performance.
- Generating ideas for blog topics and promotional campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

3. Moderation:

- Taking the lead in moderating RAM Mount UK's new web forum, ensuring a positive and constructive online community experience.
- Monitoring user-generated content, discussions, and interactions to enforce community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment.
- Addressing user inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Leveraging prior moderating experience on forums, Reddit, Discord, or similar platforms to effectively manage and engage with the online community.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Working closely with other members of the marketing department to coordinate content creation, distribution, and promotion efforts.
- Providing input and feedback on marketing campaigns, messaging strategies, and creative assets.
- Ensuring contact and company records are accurate and up to date
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of copy and content across various channels and platforms.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Be hardworking
- Have impeccable English language skills with considerable writing experience.
- An extreme attention to detail - you’ll be able to spot every stray comma.
- Be excellent under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Be a great communicator - you’re good at explaining exactly what you mean and reporting on how content is performing
- Be collaborative and great at taking and implementing feedback
