We are currently looking for a talented and passionate **HR Graduate** to join our the HR Team at Fairmont Windsor Park.

The **HR Graduate** is responsible for the smooth operation of the administration functions of the HR department, providing a comprehensive and pro-active HR service across the hotel departments. The **HR Graduate** is responsible for all administrative duties and is available to assist the Talent & Culture team in delivering day to day processes and procedures.
- You will be part of a small yet energetic team and will be involved in a really diverse range of activities including the following;- Drafting HR documentation and correspondence
- Processing day to day payroll administration (starters and leavers)
- Ensuring that all HR processes are complete and compliant
- Interacting with the internal stakeholders on a daily basis
- Additional ad hoc HR projects in line with the company strategy

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous experience within hospitality is an advantage
- Drive to deliver results and willlingness to learn & grow
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
