Eden brown are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant for a Further Education College in West Yorkshire.

The College will consider people on a temporary or permanent basis, or temp to perm

This will be for 37 hours per week.

The main duties of the role will be assisting in the collating, checking and inputting of overtime and expense claims but will also be involved in other duties such as calculations of sick pay, family pay, starters, leavers.

Other responsibilities:

- Filing, electronically, all payroll information due for processing on the shared storage drive(s)
- Collating, calculating and inputting of variable information to the HR & Payroll system
- Checking and processing pay and expense claims, ensuring appropriate authorisation has been obtained and that all related documentation is in place and up to date
- Preparing, inputting and checking of data for starters, leavers and contract changes, ensuring calculations are in line with operational and legislative requirements
- Maintaining HR & Payroll systems, where required, including but not limited to pay awards, increments etc.

A DBS is also required for the role, if you do not have one Eden Brown can do this on your behalf.
