Our work environment includes:

- working in and around live substations on the ENWL network

Groundworker / ganger required to be part of a 2/3 man team under an experienced team leader carrying out a wide variety of works including mechanical and hand dig joint bay excavations / formworks / reinforcement schedules / construction / demolition / building maintenance / fenceline repairs and renewals / block and brickwork / concrete works / rendering and general maintenance.

works contract offered for 40 hour flat week with overtime and weekend work available at time and a half and double time rates.

on site training provided to gain experience in works covered with pay increases as experience gained.

operatives are required to pass and hold (supplied) first aider training and certification and ENWL h100 live site access safety training / interview and certification.

This process can take from 6 to 8 weeks to gain after initial leo gartland ltd interview and selection to move forward.

Consisting of a 1 day first aid course / 2 day 15 site visit sign off to be eligible for A 1day training and multiple choice ENWL H100 live site certification course in the ENWL Blackburn academy / course revision supplied. once passed there is a final 1/2 hour ENWL interview at the lillyhall ENWL depo to be allowed on there network. With follow up first aider course every 3 years and h100 course every 5 years

Pay: £28,080.00-£33,280.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Groundwork’s / labouring: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Any tickets for reference (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

- United Kingdom (preferred)
