**Job description**

Professional Co-ordinator to do the turnarounds for holiday lets in the Ceredigion area.

Great part-time role - ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work on Fridays and Saturdays that's well paid. We're great to work for too

Hours are from 10am on turnaround days and properties needed to be ready by 4-5pm. You will be required to turn around 1-2 properties per day. Must be available Fridays and Saturdays to start from the 1st of March. There is flexibility to start from January.

Experience of cleaning holiday lets would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. You just need to have a good eye for detail and love cleaning.

Includes cleaning to a high standard, laundry and preparing properties for guests. Must take photos at every clean to back up work done.

This is a responsible role. Good communication skills and initiative are a must to ensure guests have the best stay possible.
