A thriving property solutions company focusing on maintenance and major repairs to properties in the Brighton and Hove area.
Hours would suit a working mum and can be negotiated.
Ideally looking for someone to work Monday - Friday 9.30am-2pm (approximately 20 hours over 4 days). Hours can be discussed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Process quotes and invoices
- Basic book keeping duties
- Answer enquiries over the phone
- General office administration and support
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and use own initiative
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multi task
- Experience in using Sage software
- Administrative and IT skills - ideally has experience working on Apple Mac - pages, numbers, apple mail, google calendar and Sage
- Experience in Property Management / Building Sector / Bookkeeping (but not essential)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
