As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities and personal care needs, while also promoting their independence and dignity.

**Location**:Norwich

**Care Assistant Pay Rate**:£10.65 per hour (teavel time paid at £9.50 per hour and a milleage allowance of 25 pence per mile)

**Care Assistant Shift Pattern**: working 5 days out of 7 with 2 shifts available 07:00 to 14:00 or 15:00 to 22:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, using safe techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Monitor and record clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Care Assistant or similar role
- A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide high-quality care services to clients
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
