**About the role**
Balfour Beatty are looking for a HSE Administrator to join our team to work at the Sellafield project in Cumbria.

This role will provide efficient and effective site administration service to the HSE Function in accordance with the Integrated Management System processes and procedures.

**What you'll be doing**
- Monitoring and maintaining the project Observation Reporting data /
spreadsheets.
- Coordinating and managing the project ‘Monitoring and Review’ process
(audits, inspections, reviews etc.).
- Maintaining the project register for all toolbox talks, briefings, alerts etc.
- Management filing of all documentation relating to the project ‘Setting to
Work’ process (task briefs, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating HSE files / folders on Project Sharepoint system.
- Providing HSE data in support of HSE KPI’s and reports.
- Support meetings and other events, including arranging meeting rooms and
any other required logistics.

**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:

- Demonstrable experience of providing administrative support in a
busy office environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software (excel is essential).
- Be able to analyse data and produce reports for senior management.
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
own workload.
