**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
- you will be expected to help with the service counter when needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide accurate information
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep track of orders, and paperwork
- Proficient in Excel: Ability to use spreadsheets for data entry and analysis
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
