Recruitment & Retention:

- Plan and conduct recruitment & selection exercise with hiring managers
- Prepare employment letters, coordinate with Payroll, process file number, new hire forms and conduct New Hire Orientation session with new employees
- Assessing the workplace for compliance with our harassment and discrimination policy and liaison with the training department for the provision of related education programs
- Conduct exit interview and provide feedback to managers
- Conduct staff turnover analysis on a quarterly basis
- Maintain up-to-date workforce statistics for personnel/organisational planning
- Analyze data to meet various personnel plans

Compensation & Benefits:

- Keep abreast of the regulatory changes that may impact the company’s HR policies & program
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide data analysis and reports for all HR related information
- Verify monthly payroll and pay vouchers
- Liaise with service vendors on annual review and renewal and regularly assess vendors’ service standard
- Analyse data and consolidate survey data and communicate survey results to participants
- Support the implementation of corporate incentive programs such as On-time bonus, AIP, Profit Sharing and Perfect Attendance, etc.
- Arrange communication session to explain new corporate programs as well as briefing sessions for service vendors
- Lead and administer local employee benefit scheme, such as child care voucher program
- Conduct internal survey in collecting employee feedback on existing benefit plans
- Review and monitor benefit plans/remuneration calculation methodology to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements

Annual Salary Review and AIP and monthly payroll validation:

- Computation and compilation of estimate cost impact for merit review programs for local country
- Conduct research and survey among the interline HR professionals to obtain most updated information on compensation & benefits programs
- Prepare and consolidate required AIP data for local country
- Work closely with the vendor to verify monthly payroll data and allowances and pay vouchers for local country
- Data analysis of attrition and sick leave statistics

Corporate Social Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize community service activities with charitable organizations for co-workers voluntary participation
- Communicate and encourage co-workers participation in charitable activities available in the community, such as charity walk, Solicit vendors in meeting employees needs, e.g. voluntary insurance, health screening, H1N1 vaccination, flu injection program, etc.
- Manager HR Budget administration

**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**

**Qualifications**:
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Some experience in HR field or role with heavy HR responsibilities
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Good analytical skills and communication skills
- Knowledge in local labour laws
- Legally authorised to work in United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
