First impressions are everything. We are looking for a Night Member to join our team. This role play a pivotal part in any great hotel operation, so we are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, and professional. We need you to be able to communicate effectively and work with an exceptional team.

Your duties will include being responsible for handling any service users’ issues or complaints that they may have in a professional manner.

Completing hotel walk rounds & checks, making sure all health & safety policies have been adhered to, and that any maintenance issues are flagged to the correct department. Scheduled regular cleaning of the hotel facilities as well as supporting the security of the hotel.

It will be natural for you to be a team player, showing positive and engaging characteristics to deliver exceptional service.
