Debt Advisor

Personal Debt Advisor required for immediate start with a very well established, FCA Authorised Debt Management Company, based at Salford Quays, Manchester.

Our office has an onsite gym, cafe, canteen, post office, general store and bar.

**The role will include**:

- Exploration of all debt options and implications to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
- Delivery of a high quality service with appropriate FCA compliant advice.
- Adherence to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and to demonstrate empathy and good listening skills.
- Respond to any client or creditor queries in a timely manner via all communication mediums.
- Maintain case notes and records accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain product knowledge and pass ongoing monthly compliance assessments.
- Conduct Annual Reviews
- Conduct Credit Control calls

**_Hours: -_** 39.5 per week

**_Remuneration & Benefits: -_**
- £27,500 - £35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
- 21 Days Holiday Pay (Plus Bank Holidays). Increases with each year of service.

- 8 hour shift
