Our client is seeking someone who is ideally part or fully CIPD qualified, who is able to work pro-actively and with a high attention to detail and who has strong communication skills. Demonstrable experience of working in an HR advisory role is essentialas is someone who is flexible, understands the importance of confidentiality and who has advanced interpersonal skills.

In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary of £35-45k as well as flexible / home working.
