An opportunity has to work as a Luxury Travel Advisor with a small independent Luxury Villa Specialist Company, who offer stunning handpicked Villas, haciendas and cortijos in Spain mainly located in the beautiful resorts of Marbella and Malaga. If you havean in depth knowledge of this region and want to put this knowledge to use, this is the ideal role for you This is a role for someone looking to start in a young, boutique travel agency which has a bright future and is undergoing rapid growth. You will bekeen to learn all aspects of then business, happy doing a range of tasks in between taking bookings. Salary is dependent on experience (circa £24k pa - £26k pa) plus bonus, excellent benefits (they put employee well-being at the heart of their business) andhybrid working is available (offices are in a small market town commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley and Huddersfield).

**Job Description**:

- Maintain excellent product knowledge resulting in a high volume of conversions
- Handle new enquiries to quickly establish the needs of the client and matching them with the right property/resort
- Follow up all enquiries who have not yet booked
- Attend to the live chat, enquiries from website and phone lines to quickly respond to enquiries
- Monitor availability and cross-sell available gaps to clients with flexible plans
- Run and send out booking reports to suppliers
- Maintain close communication with colleagues to resolve any issues with pricing or sales materials
- Processing amendments and cancellations ensuring accurate communication
- Logging special requests and gaining agreement from suppliers

Experience Required:
You will have some experience in a high-end tailor-made/concierge/villa-only role, and a natural passion for Spain and Spanish culture. Working in a very small team won't phase you. You'll often work with ultra-high net worth clients, and as our Luxury TravelAdvisor you should be comfortable working with clients from different cultural backgrounds, often speaking different first languages, and for whom price is less important than excellent service. You will have good first-hand knowledge of Spain (and predominantlythe Marbella/Malaga area) through regular travels or having worked there. You may pride yourself on knowing about the hottest new openings and places to see and be seen, but perhaps more importantly, you have a good insight and love for the food, wine andculture of Spain. There will be a good amount of admin involved; you will be expected to develop good working practices and document company guidelines for subsequent colleagues to pick up and follow.
