**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of fabricators and welders in the production of stainless steel cylinders.
- Oversee the daily operations of the welding and fabrication department.
- Ensure all products meet our strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards within the workshop.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a supervisor in stainless steel welding and fabrication, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques specific to stainless steel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a skilled team.
- Commitment to upholding the highest health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
