**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the uptime of our core IT infrastructure adhering to agreed SLA’s
- Propose and define an Infrastructure strategy covering the full lifecycle through procurement, support, maintenance, and warranty for delivery through our support partner. This will ensure that we deliver a secure, scalable, robust and leading-edge serviceto Suzuki, minimising risk where possible. In consultation with the team, support partner and based on emerging technology reviews - part of an ongoing programme to ensure we evolve with the rapidly changing IT landscape.
- Leading the infrastructure outsourced support team as they build out and support on premise and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure deadlines are met, balancing priorities to manage and lead various implementation projects alongside incoming IT infrastructure related issues / non-conformances.
- Administration of VMWare, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Suite, WAF, Firewalls, Switches, and telephony solution.
- Integration with Identity Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign on (SSO)Solutions
- Configuration of various security and compliance settings across the Microsoft Stack; to adhere to corporate information security policies.
- Work closely with the IT Cyber Security Manager ensuring technical controls are in place to safeguard our people, data, and systems.
- Manage relationships with Suzuki’s Core IT Suppliers.
- Develop, execute, and maintain IT Infrastructure related procedures, standards, policies, and training plans.
- IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.

**Essential**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical IT knowledge is required, and a keen interest and aptitude to learn about business IT, information systems and security is essential.
- Solid understanding and appreciation of how IT solutions can be used to complement business processes and enhance customer service
- Capable of operating to tight schedules in a demanding environment
- Confident self-starter, capable of innovation and lateral thinking
- Strong Interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to present clear/accurate information in a simple and logical manner for stakeholders at all levels in the business.
- High-quality customer service skills
- Relevant qualifications. (Such as Microsoft certifications, VMware, CCNA, ITIL etc.) are desirable.
