**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- At our service, we have four male living with us, ranging between the age of 40 -67 years.
- They have a variation of needs around Autism, Learning Difficulties, physical disabilities and epilepsy.
- We are proud of our independence and the fact we choose how we live our life.
- Communication with our families is important.
- Living the Best Life Possible is important to us through accessing appropriate activities within the community and further.
- Two of us, we have no family so the support team are important to us as we rely on them.
- Routine is important.
- We get on with anyone as long as you are kind, respectful, supportive of our needs. To be encouraging to try new adventures.
- We require a support team who are trained in the areas that match our needs including Moving and Positioning, Administration of Medication and Epilepsy. If you are committed to training to support us and you are friendly, Shalom is the place for you
