Have you ever thought about working in recruitment? If so, we have some great news We are currently on the look out for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, enabling our Academy sector to grow to the next level
You will learn and train from the best. Our team of 45 have many years of experience in the world of automotive and recruitment. We are a friendly and supportive enviroment, and although me might be biased, we have an amazing group of employees and the best management. You will see our CEO on a daily basis, which we know isn't normal in most companies
The Opportunity of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Although we are not a telesales enviroment, you MUST feel comfortable making calls and be able to have a confident conversation
- this is essential Dealing with warmer leads and occasionally attending customer sites to understand business recruitment needs will be required.

Pay Range: £21000 -£25,000. We offer competitive salaries that are reviewed and bench marked annually.
Bonus: You will join a discretionary, performance related commission scheme that rewards you whilst you help us to achieve our goals after completing your probation period.
Development: We will enrol you onto any course or any external training that you require to grow within your role and a having a continuous professional development plan is encouraged.
