Sports Coach

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sports Coach to join our team and work at a partner SEND and SEMH school in Rugby. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for educating and training children and young adults with special educational needs in various sports disciplines and use sports to develop learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual athletes or teams
- Instruct children and young adults on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance and learning
- Organize and supervise practice sessions and competitions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during training sessions and events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sports Coach or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels and ages
- Certification in sports coaching or related field is a plus
- Passion for sports and helping athletes succeed
- Experience working with children and challenging behaviour

Pay: £14.50-£20.40 per hour
