I am delighted to be working with a leading construction firm to recruit a new HR Advisor based in their Magherafelt office. Working in a fast-paced generalist role, no two days will be the same. **With duties including**:

- Management of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Supporting and advising management on HR issues.
- Development of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Managing short
- & long-term absences.
- CR activities.
- Employee communications.

**About you**:

- 2 years of HR experience.
- HR Degree or CIPD Level 5.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
