We are looking for a Spares Order Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders for spare parts, including inputting order information into the system and ensuring accuracy of all data
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery schedules for spare parts
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery estimates, and any issues that may arise
- Monitor and track inventory levels for spare parts, and work with the purchasing department to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Generate and analyze reports related to spare parts orders and inventory
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and supplier information in the system
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Any other duties as assigned

This is a temporary role for 2 - 3 months but likely to be extended or become permanent

This role offers £19000 per annum and is working Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm
