Enter Engineering is representing a fantastic family run company in Nelson currently seeking a Trainee Engineering Team Leader.

Job Description: Skilled CNC Turner/Miller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, specializing in turning or milling processes.
- Monitor production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency are maintained.
- Supervise and provide guidance to operators during late shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Miller, preferably with knowledge in both disciplines.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively supervise operators during late shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in machining processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Remuneration**:

- Base hourly rate: £12 to £14/hr.
- Shift allowance potential for those willing to work back shifts.
- Competitive rates in line with other roles in the area.
