**Location: Bedford / Hybrid**

**Job Summary**

Customers contact us when they need us the most - often in a distress situation and we want to Make a Difference with Real Care for every customer, even when it doesn’t quite go to plan

The part you’ll play in achieving our transformation will be to secure a quality appointment for every customer that may have ordinarily been lost or dropped out of our customer journey.

You will provide an outstanding customer experience and business performance by converting as many ‘lost customers’ as possible, or to proactively intervene to prevent us losing them in the first place.

**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will be to:

- Taking ownership of your customers by getting it right first time
- Providing excellent customer service and making a difference
- Support the Customer Experience Centre during peak times
- Contacting customers via the telephone
- Communicating with our stakeholders
- Embed corporate social responsibility (CSR) into your ways of working

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Good analytic and system skills
- Experience with customer conversion
- Builds strong, credible relationships
- Relentlessly high-quality standards
- Strong emotional intelligence, coaching and listening
- Excellent communication skills

**Scale of the role**

This role is part of the Customer Experience Centre Conversion team, which works alongside other functions of the CEC and wider areas of Belron UK.
