My client in North London is currently looking for an Interim Finance Officer to help on the ledger work for a few months. They are offering flexible working/Hybrid working and an all round, interesting role

**Client Details**

A large, International Childrens Charity in Central London

**Description**
- To be responsible for the processing of all financial transactions ensuring all invoices are authorised and coded correctly into the system and payments are paid in accordance with agreed terms.
- To be responsible for executing timely and accurate payment runs.
- To be responsible for the sales ledger, ensuring that invoices are produced and raised in accordance with contract terms and those payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.
- To be responsible for raising the Membership invoices and sending receipts.
- To be responsible for the accurate and appropriate income recording and liaising with Fund Development regarding donations received.
- To be responsible for the bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- To be responsible for the banking cheques and excess cash held on the premises
- To be responsible for the administration of the company prepaid cards.
- To be responsible for the monitoring of cash balances and supervise the payments made outside the accounts payable system.

**Profile**
- Experience of maintain balance sheet accounts
- Broad experience of computerised financial accounting systems and spreadsheets
- AAT level 1,2, or 3
- Experience in the charitable sector
- Experience working with foreign currencies
- Experience working in an international organisation
- Experience working with group accounting and an understanding of intercompany processes
