**What will you be doing?**
- Lead, manage and mentor the product management team.
- Further develop the vision, definition and roadmap of OKRA.ai's products across clinical, medical and commercial space.
- Define, monitor and partner with clients to achieve desired outcomes and success.
- Guard OKRA.ai's external product delivery roadmap and prioritization across the product portfolio.
- Manage and coordinate project & release management.
- Understand clients' needs, requirements and values and support onboarding.
- Work closely with OKRA.ai delivery and R&D functions on new product features.

**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- Successful track record in leading outcome-focused cross-functional (design, customer success) product teams in an agile environment.
- Extensive experience in product management.
- Data analytics experience.
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience (within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in the Cambridge office 3 days per week.
