Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Criminal Justice Recovery Worker for a leading Substance Misuse Partnership Recovery Service based in Luton, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service.

This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

You’ll make a difference to service users’ lives as you develop the personal, flexible and realistic support packages they need to help turn things around. Passionate about people, you'll enjoy the scope and diversity of this role, working as part of a friendly and multidisciplinary team. As well as having allot of involvement with partnership agencies. You’ll provide advice and information to service users and members of the wider community. You will take a key role in promoting the service to other professionals and organisations with the aim of increasing referrals as well as attending larger community events to raise the profile of the service. You will primarily be working with Criminal Justice Clients who’re historically vulnerable and hard to engage. One of the main aims of this position is encouraging people from this client group into treatment. A track record of CQC compliance and knowledge of relapse and other barriers to recovery will be vital. An understanding of substance misuse and the Recovery Agenda is essential. It is important to have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding role.

**Salary**: £17.52-£19.52 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
