Commercial Insurance Account Handler

We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to work out of our small, but busy office in Ringwood. The role would see the handler support senior staff members in the office with all aspects of a clients commercial portfolio with premiums ranging from £2,000 to £200,000. This will involve servicing clients renewals, mid-term changes and new business.

**Skills Required**:
Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well within a small team

Effective verbal, written and oral communication skills including negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure

To have several years' experience in the industry dealing with commercial policies, whether with an insurer or a broker.

To have a good knowledge and understanding of the local insurance market.

Have an understanding of the FCA Code of Conduct

Good organisational and prioritisation skills

Experience using the Acturis system, whilst not essential would be a real advantage

Negotiable and will depend on experience
