**Job Description: Administrative Assistant at DEILLIORXZY**

**Position**: Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and other departments.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
