**The Opportunity**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit has partnered with a highly reputable organisation in Haverfordwest. Our client has a diverse and inclusive culture and a friendly working environment. We are supporting them to recruit an Employability Coach on a 6 Month fixed term contract.

**What the Employability Coach will be doing**

The role of an Employability Coach is to provide information and advice through various channels, including face-to-face, telephone and web-based services. This position involves delivering a blended service through both core-funded and non-core-funded contracts.
- Provide comprehensive career information and advice to clients
- Assist clients in achieving their education, training, and employment goals, with a special focus on employment outcomes.
- Deliver information and advice through the employers Connect telephone help line while supporting marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of careers centres by supporting reception functions, client follow-ups, administrative duties, and ensuring the centres run smoothly.

**What the successful Employability Coach will bring to the team**
- NVQ 4 Equivalence: _Ideally in a related area such as advice and guidance or equivalent experience._
- Excellent Communication: _Your ability to connect with clients and provide top-notch advice is essential._
- IT Proficiency: _Skills in relevant software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office) are a plus._
- Client-Centric Approach: _Your focus on client needs and outcomes will drive your success._
- Bilingual Skills: _While not mandatory, proficiency in spoken Welsh is a desirable skill._
