We are looking for an efficient, professional and customer focused Receptionist to join our Procurement team full time for a period of 6 months.

Being the first point of contact, you will ensure the smooth running of the reception area, welcoming and directing all visitors and managing the main switchboard in a polite and confident manner.

With strong organisation skills, you will be responsible for the coordination and distribution of incoming mail, outgoing mail and office deliveries, and for arranging buffets and ordering refreshments. You will also be required to carry out basic administrative tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager.

Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) are a prerequisite and the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of visitors is especially important.
