Willington Hall Hotel is a small business in Tarporley. We are professional, agile, professional, and our goal is to exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- previous experience in hotel PMS i.e. Opera, Rezlynx etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Hospitality or customer service experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred

**Salary**: £18,258.58-£24,960.00 per year
