**Key Responsibilities
- Plan and book all ground and simulator training events for flight crew.
- Track and maintain the validity of crew training documentation, as applicable.
- Produce weekly reports to the department manager and Nominated Postholders as required.
- Manage the training related process for new pilot induction.
- Establish and maintain a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for flight crew.
- Liaise with Nominated Postholder crew training staff for pilot licence and type rating queries / issues.
- Liaise with all internal departments and external training providers.
- Manage the Local Procedures Manual and update procedure, as required.
- Perform internal audit and quality checks.
- Support external compliance audits.
- Complete daily invoicing tasks.
- Support the manager in completing training revenue forecasts and other budgetary planning tasks.
- Complete ad hoc projects and tasks when assigned by the manager.
- Liaising with crew and external companies when booking Common Ground Course training.
- Caretaking of Scandlearn e-learning system for crew; by creating accounts and ensuring the system is operational at all times. Working alongside the flight operations team to ensure that all crew can be crewed to flights.

- Demonstrable experience in either a Training Administrator or Planner role and/or experience in an airline operational environment
- Ability to build relationships remotely with a complex and demanding client base
- Exemplary work ethic and innate proactive nature

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong and well developed presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

The following experience/skills would be desirable:

- Knowledge of EASA Flight Crew Training Regulations and Requirements
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and global environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using SalesForce
- Additional languages
