**The Role**:

- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Contentious Probate & Trusts Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Contentious Probate department cover a full range of disputes for HNW individuals, professional trustees and executors, with particular strengths in Inheritance Act & proprietary estoppel claims
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all types of private client litigation, including trustee & executor disputes, TOLATA claims, Inheritance Act 1975 matters and challenges to the validity of wills
- As an Associate, you will also be closely mentored with a high degree of investment as you develop into a well-established Contentious Probate lawyer, with strong prospects to progress through the ranks
- A qualified Contentious Private Client Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
- Well-organised and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
