Gamit Limited is an Aviation consultancy based near Stansted Airport and has been in operation for approximately 30 years with a well-earned reputation for being a reliable and trusted provider of services to Corporate, Airline and MRO customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to be the key person responsible for ensuring the company Quality Management System (QMS) operates in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and ISO 27001:2013. Coordinating the activities required to meet the quality standards including the management of internal audits.

**Targets**:The Quality Assurance Administrator’s aim is to ensure that the product or service that the organisation provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations.

**Type of Employment**:Part time. (60%) Competitive (Pro-rata) salary.

**Tasks to include**:

- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
- Devising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Setting standards for excellence in quality.
- Management of procedures and processes.
- Embed and manage continuous improvement program.
- Monitoring performance of the Quality Management System by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Planning and conducting internal audits and writing Internal Audit Reports in line with ISO standards.
- Preparing agenda items for and organise Management Review meetings.
- Report to Management on the performance of the Quality Management System.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Fluent in English verbal and written.
- Ambitious and amiable.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS-Office. (Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Stress tolerant.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Driving license.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and auditor training an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of £23,500 - £26,000 (FTE) The role is currently advertised as a part-time role, hours are flexible.

Gamit was founded in 1990 and selected London Stansted Airport as its headquarters location at the time due to the expansion plans for it to become a major London International Airport. The specific aim of Gamit was and still is to supply professional and technical support to local and international MROs (Maintenance Repair Organisation), airlines, private and corporate aircraft owners.
