Night Auditor

Courtyard By Marriott, London Heathrow, managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the Nights team. The hotel boasts 244 bedrooms, extensive meeting, events and banqueting facilities and an iconic 6th floor leading edge food and beverage facility with views stretching across the runway.

**Role Overview **:Reporting to the night manager you will be an experienced Night Auditor and will have the expertise to ensure the highest standard of guest care is delivered during the overnight period, whilst ensuring the security of the hotel is maintained at all times. You should have a proven track record of being part of an effective Nights team ideally within the local hotel market.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with checking hotel guests in and out, and assist with luggage when required.
- Assist with security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety
- Serve food and liquor to company standards.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
- Cleaning of areas as requested, removal of all trays from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary.
- To establish a friendly and helpful attitude to all guests and staff.
- Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
- Completing nightly audit reporting and banking
- Ensure charges are accurately posted to guest accounts
- Follow cash handling and credit procedures and report any discrepancies to your supervisor

**Essential criteria**
- Previous experience working nights
- Numeracy, computer & literacy skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Desirable criteria**
- Aware of fire safety & first aid (training provided)
- Previous hotel nights experience
- Experience of opera & Marriott system
