About Us:
Position: Apprentice Recruitment Consultant/Management Trainee

What We Offer:

- Competitive starting salary while qualifying for the NVQ L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP).
- First qualified year OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £50k.

Training:

- Year 1: L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP)
- Year 2: L4 Diploma in Recruitment Management (DipRM)
- Year 3: L5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership (DipRL)
- Year 4: Directorship and shareholding opportunities for exceptional team members
