**Role**
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Support functions on the repair process for damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
- Creating Purchase orders and Customer quotes for the damaged or replacement equipment
- Supporting Export and Import logistics, raising appropriate documentation and communicating effectively with Support, Third-party logistics and Sales teams as required
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organisation.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, quotes and invoices.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
