We at Bedford Window Cleaning are looking for the right people to join our growing team, we have positions for working on our commercial and domestic repair

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors with a change of scenery everyday. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

As a company carry-out various cleaning & maintenance works from Window Cleaning, Gutter Clearance, Solar Panel Cleaning Pressure Washing, Roof Moss Removal, Soft washing, Roof Repair, Brick Re-pointing, Chimney Repair and other building maintenance.

We are really looking for someone who is wants to work outdoors in all weathers working in our major works teams on as variety of projects.

Experience

This position is primarily for a **Roof Cleaning & Roof Repair Position** although you may be required to carry-out other repair related works associated with our Buisness.
- Roof Repair Services: No experience required for Roof Cleaning which can be taught but roof repair experience is essential. Scope of the roof repairs entails fault finding and identifying leaks and offering advice to solve. Scale of works ranges from small roof repairs which are common place to more major repairs requiring whole elevations to be replaced. Should have experience pointing verges, chimneys and ridges as well as modern dry fix solutions.

In addition to the roof repairs mentioned above experience of gutter, fascia and soffit replacement & Repairs would be desirable, certain aspects of our work can be taught if you have trade experience in other areas that can translate across to our nature of work.
- Other multi trade experience would be beneficial as our works covers a wide range of exterior repair activities

The pay range shown is based on experience, if you have experience in one of our areas of service this will be beneficial for this role starting pay will be discussed during an interview.

Positions available for 40 hours per week, This is a a 4 weekly average some week will be longer or shorter than others with the the average being 40 hours.

For our exterior repairs and major works teams we operate on a 5 day week at approx 9-10 hours on a Monday - Thursday normal start times are between 7am and 7:30 am and finishing between 4pm - 5pm with a shorter day on Friday for any job over-run and kit maintenance and prep for the following week. Occasionally we will start and finish outside of these times to cater for certain works but with plenty of prior notice we do need to remain flexible in order to complete the work. If we work extended hours this will either be paid as overtime or there will be a shorter day later in the week to balance things out.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£33,280.00 per year
