What is the overall job?
The Systems Administrator will be an essential member of the Quality support team. They will be responsible for developing the MBuild (Multiplex Quality Management system) digital infrastructure, specifically plotting the location matrix, assigning Package Activities and the lassoing of required approved General Arrangement drawings.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Support and manage MBuild project implementation and system setup, supporting the MBuild Implementation Manager and working with the Technical Quality Inspector and Project discipline leads in their responsibilities specific to building the digital infrastructure Location and Package matrices.
- Being the data entry specialist and led by each Project discipline leads to align Programme milestones, configuring subcontractor work packages, deploy the in-system management framework - particular to user permission groups, and will provide any entry level system training to all project stakeholders.
- Support in designing and architecting infrastructure solutions at project level and provide incident response with high customer satisfaction.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

In this role, you will need to have proficiency in managing operating systems within a large organisation, preferably Windows or IOS. Other beneficial skills and experience will include:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex information and technical concepts for non-IT users.
- Excellent record management of troubleshooting procedures and final resolution. Familiarity with built-in documentation features and working knowledge of IT ticketing solutions.
- Good analytical skills, as well as project and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An understanding in construction industry terminology is advantageous, but not required
