Receptionist/administration

We are looking for an energising and forward thinking Receptionist to be the face of the company If you have a background in the Medical sector even better
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
