Bitumen / Fuel Drivers - Monday to Friday

Suttons Tankers are an innovative national tanker haulage business, that operates a nationwide road tanker fleet which has been successfully serving the chemicals, gas, fuels, waste, and powders sectors for over 60 years, and is the largest chemical transporter in the UK.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced LGV Driver (Class 1 ADR) to join our team based at Eastham, working Monday-Friday as an LGV Day Driver. You will be responsible for delivering products to our customers across the country and will be required to do both Bitumen and Fuels work.

**Pay Rates**:

- £170 average pay per shift
- £15.50 per hour
- £23.25 per hour overtime (after 8 hours worked Mon to Friday)
- £23.25 per hour overtime on Saturdays
- £31.00 per hour overtime on Sundays
- £31.00 per hour for hours worked on Bank Holidays (plus unpaid day in lieu)
- £3.50 meal payment per shift

**FULLY PAID BREAKS **and paid ADR & CPC Refreshers

**Essential Requirements**:

- An LGV Class 1 licence with no more than six points
- A tachograph card
- A Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- A valid ADR licence all classes other than 1 & 7
- A strong understanding of Driver Transport Legislation
- A safety focus
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 experience
- Minimum 2 years Tanker Experience

**A valid PDP (Petroleum Driver Passport) is desirable but not essential.**

**The Package**:
Expected earnings on these shift patterns are typically £850-£1,200 per week / £42,000 - £50,000 per year. Please note these figures are indicative earnings for this group, actual earnings will vary depending on the hours worked.

In addition, overtime is available, CPC training hours, courses and CPC accreditation and driver medicals are all paid for. Full PPE is provided.
