We are currently looking for a Factory Picking/Packing Operator to join our growing family. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we want you to be a part of our team.

**Position Overview**:As a Factory Picking/Packing Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately picked and packed, ready for distribution to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick products from designated shelves or storage areas.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet our standards.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipping and label them correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a picking/packing role in a factory or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when necessary.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes physically demanding environment.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
