At Be Displays we supply bespoke cabinetry and furniture to residential and commercial properties across the UK. We work alongside designers and Interior designers bringing their ideas to life, in turn a majority of the product we produce are completely bespoke. We often have to find solutions to make designs work so having an open and creative mind is a must. We are also constantly improving on our systems and production of which everyone is part of and we listen to everyones thoughts and ideas to help move the company forward. We are conscious of the environment and our impact on it, so being as resourceful as possible is very important to the company, from sourcing locally milled timber to utilising offcuts.

**Job description**

We are looking for driven and positive people to join us, with the ability to find solutions and create massterpieces. This job requires knowledge and knowhow around the sprey shop of procedures and proiducts, keeping a hi level of maintenance and wellbeing of machines and tools, also to be clean and tidy submitting to the health and safety code at all times. It is important that you have experience in Wood finishing and sprey painting (we are not looking to take on people who are looking for experience) You will also be required to work on site occasionally so a driving licence is required. This can be a very physical job, so being of good health is advised.

Our products are our name so delivering quality and care is paramount.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All visitors are required to ware masks, All deliveries are left in the reception area or the loading area. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and all surfaces are always sanitised.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cramlington, NE23: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Spray painting: 4 years (required)
- Woodworking: 4 years (preferred)
