RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are currently looking for anAccommodation Supervisor to join our friendly team at our leisure development RoyaleResorts Ranksborough Hall.

As Accommodation Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleaning and presentation of all holiday lodges, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest possible standard, with the guest experience being of paramount importance including exceptional customer service.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To maintain high standards of accommodation cleanliness & appearance
- Perform hot tub testing
- To ensure the grounds are maintained to the highest standard possible
- To assist with the day-to-day operation of the Park including changeover days
- To ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered
- To ensure that customer feedback is swiftly acknowledged and passed onto the Accommodation Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
