**We’re already a successful college, but we’re continually striving to be better and do better - be part of our story**

In the role of Trainer Assessor, you’ll predominantly be based at Brunel House and in this varied role you will provide training, support and guidance to learners who are working towards completing their apprenticeships.

Your responsibilities will include assessing apprentices’ progress to knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) and setting work-based smart targets as well as supporting them to prepare for End Point Assessments (EPAs).
