**About us**

Donaldson and Newman Ltd is a residential mobile home park site operator with a large park in Tuffley, Gloucester. The company manage the site and the homes on this park, which are a mixture of static caravans and bungalow style park homes. These are let out to tenants over the age of 55 on a shorthold tenancy.

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Woodwork repairs to homes including repairs to walls, floors and ceilings.
- Painting and decorating of homes (internal and external.)
- Groundsworks to the plots and park including paving, Fencing, landscaping, gardening

Qualifications:

- General Building/ Handy Man Experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.70-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
