Honda Motor Europe are setting up a brand new E Commerce Team as part of their wider Communications Department and have 7 new contract roles including Automotive Digital Commerce Analyst.

This role is the lead Analyst for digital commerce in Honda Motor Europe (UK)’s Automotive business.

You will deliver analytics, insights and recommendations that drive incremental volume, profit, and customer satisfaction through the sale of cars and complimentary revenue generating products sold in the digital retail channel.

Responsibilities:
- Through turning data into operational insights, you will contribute to the financial and volume performance of the UK business. You will identify key areas for improvement across a large range of channels including commerce, acquisition, lead management,promotional strategies, CRM, sales support, and customer satisfaction, and drive measurable change through all parts of the Honda organisation.
- You are a key player in determining Honda’s digital commerce KPI’s and goals, alongside significantly inputting into the future digital commerce roadmap and approach.
- You will support the implementation of digital commerce in 2023 with the development and automation of dashboards and reporting which deliver against stakeholder requirements and analytical best practice.
- You have a passion for research, and keep fully up to date with competitor activity, best practice in alternative categories, and opportunities in the digital commerce space. You can turn these insights into meaningful business recommendations.

The role is inside IR35 and the day rate is £200 per day or £271 per day via an umbrella company.

You will enjoy a 35 hr week and a hybrid working model which requires 50% of the working month based at the Bracknell office.

Excellent working environment and 1pm finish on a Friday
